Casa Rural Los Hondos is ideal for two people, two couples or a family looking for an alternative holiday, immersed in a rural environment. The house is reached by a small path which is 75 m. long, so the car is left at the end of the path, and the last part to the house is walked.
The house has the added privilege of being located in a genuine rural atmosphere that nevertheless finds itself very close - only a 10 minute walk to the bar/restaurants, medical services, public transport, ethnographic museum and the well conserved historical town centre of Santo Domingo.
From the house itself and from its patios one can enjoy splendid sunsets, unforgettable on this side of the Canaries. This municipality gives its name to a new planet called "Garafía-1", discovered in 2006 from the Observatory of Roque de Los Muchachos.
