However, if you would just like to make an enquiry concerning availability at this stage, to ask about prices or advice on where to stay on La Palma, then we ask that you contact us here where will be very happy to help and answer you as soon as possible!

We, Holiday La Palma, act solely as an intermediary between the party renting and the landlord and can only accept responsibility for the mediation. If there is an issue relating to the accommodation which cannot be immediately resolved with the landlord, then we request that we are informed in order to assist with the mediation.  In all instances, the landlord must be given an initial opportunity to redress the situation in a timely manner. Only when this has happened will any refunds be considered. 
In the unfortunate event of cancellation, you can be assured we will do our absolute utmost to re-let the accommodation. If we can re-let the accommodation, we will be more than happy to refund you appropriately, retaining a 50€ administration fee. However, if this has not been possible, these are the charges with regard to a cancellation: –
* During Covid, our terms and conditions are that if you have to cancel due to Covid, any payments are refunded.
Outside of Covid:
More than 45 days : full refund apart from 50€ cancellation fee
Between 15 and 45 days : 50% refund
Less than 15 days : no refund

If you leave the accommodation earlier than planned for your own personal reasons, then sorry we cannot give a refund.

We urge you to take out holiday travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
