Casa Clemente is situated close to the village of Las Tricias in the north-west of La Palma. Built in the 19th century, the lovely country cottage is a great place from which to enjoy the privileged climate of Las Tricias.  With some fabulous walking routes nearby, it will be difficult to know whether to go walking, sit by the swimming pool or wander into the little village and enjoy a drink in the plaza!

	Casa Clemente is a very traditional and authentic Canarian cottage with many lovely features, such as hand-made furniture and farming artifacts. It's a touch of yester-year with solid stone walls and wooden window seats but with modern conveniences.
This is a very comfortable family house with farmhouse kitchen, lounge, three bedrooms and bathroom.		There is also a semi-open BBQ for cooking and eating al fresco - perfect for the outdoor life!
	Casa Clemente has its own private swimming pool dimensions 7m x 4m and 1.5m deep.

 The location of Casa Clemente is ideal for walking. Situated only 0.8km from Buracas Route, along which is the view-point of “Molino de Viento” (windmill), the Drago forests, stone etchings and “Buracas” caves. Among others, this route also passes through Las Tricias GR-130 Camino Rural, also known as the Rural Coast Path. This house is less than 10 minutes by car from Fayal de Puntagorda where each weekend there is a local market put on by cattle farmers, farmers and craftsmen. Other places of interest near Casa Clemente are for example: Cultural Park La Zarza; “Roque de Los Muchachos”; the highest peak on the island and where you can find one of the most complex astrophysics centres in the world. A short drive away followed by a 20-minute walk is a little cove by the sea or a 30 minute drive takes you to the small beach resort of Tazacorte.
La Palma boasts one of the clearest skies on the planet and it is even protected by law - guests will find that the large terraces of Casa Clemente are the perfect place for star-gazing and astronomy.
