Terms and Conditions

At the time of booking a deposit of 40% is required to be paid by bank transfer within 5 days. The balance of 60% is required to be paid by bank transfer 28 days before arrival at the accommodation. 

In case of cancellation the following will be retained: 
25% if the cancellation is made ​​more than 15 days before the arrival date plus a 30€ handling fee 
50% if the cancellation is made 15 to 7 days before the arrival date
75% if the cancellation is made 6 to 4 days before the arrival date
100% if the cancellation is made less than 4 days before the arrival date

If you leave the accommodation earlier than planned for your own personal reasons, then sorry we cannot give a refund.

We, Holiday La Palma, act solely as an intermediary between the party renting and the landlord and can only accept responsibility for the mediation.
If there is an issue relating to the accommodation which cannot be immediately resolved with the landlord, then please inform us so we can assist with the mediation. If necessary, the Associación Isla Bonita will mediate. In all instances, the landlord must be given an initial opportunity to redress the situation in a timely manner. Only when this has happened will any refunds be considered.
