Casa La Higuerita is all about how a big Canarian farmhouse would have looked. And although key features have been modernised to make a comfortable holiday home, it still has many original attributes such as wooden floors and ceilings.
Accommodating up to four persons, all the rooms are spacious.
The lounge provides comfortable seating for up to four persons.
For heating if necessary, in the winter months, there is a log fire and also wall radiators in both the lounge and kitchen.
Flat screen TV with Satellite channels and Hi-Fi system
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, 3-ring ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker and an electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, juice squeezer, sandwich toaster and teapot.
Waste water from the kitchen and bathroom is recycled to use as irrigation for the garden.
The two bedrooms offer a double bed and also twin beds both with ample room for a baby cot if required.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board plus hair dryer.
